“We speak with more than our mouths. We listen with more than our ears.” – Fred Rogers.

I am a counsellor who is highly motivated to help clients of all ages work toward
meaningful and lasting change. My background in health and fitness, along with my
ongoing study of yoga, has shaped my belief in the mind-body-spirit connection.

These experiences, integrated with my training as a mental health clinician, guide the way I support clients in reconnecting with themselves and moving through life’s challenges. I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship and family dynamics, and those wanting to
process past trauma. My therapeutic modalities — including somatic therapy and
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy — support anyone seeking deeper clarity
about themselves and their path forward.

With youth and with people of all ages, connection is key. I believe we are all on a
lifelong journey of discovering and truly knowing ourselves, and that we can become our own best caregiver once we begin to acknowledge and honour our authentic self. The earlier we can understand this, the more empowered we become.

Sessions with me are intentionally calming and grounded. We meet in a comfortable,
softly lit space designed to help your nervous system settle — a room where you can
exhale, slow down, and feel safe enough to explore what’s happening inside you. We
often begin with gentle body awareness or grounding practices to help you arrive fully
in the moment, reconnect with yourself, and notice what your body may already be
communicating.

Our work together is client-centered and client-paced. You lead the way, and I follow
with curiosity, attunement, and support. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, exploring
identity, or processing past experiences, we move at a rhythm that feels right for you —
never rushed, never forced. Together, we clarify your personal goals and explore the patterns, beliefs, and emotions that shapes your life. Many clients describe moments of insight — those quiet “aha” shifts — where something clicks, softens, or becomes clearer. These moments often become stepping stones toward deeper self-understanding, resilience, and meaningful change.
